@feel5230 感谢回复. Power Nap 很早之前就已经禁用, “网络唤醒” 选项也一直是关闭的, sudo pmset -b tcpkeepalive 0 我之前也禁用过没效果, 剩下的那 3 个参数好像我 m1 macOS12.5 是不支持的, 这是我电源管理的参数: https://imgur.com/a/1CaMKAC
